What you may do

Use every tool on this site, for your own business or a client's, at no cost and with no attribution. Documents you create are yours. There is no licence to accept, and the only cap on how many you make is your own patience.

What we do not promise

The tools are provided as they are. We do not warrant that a document produced here satisfies the law of your country, the requirements of your tax authority, or the terms of a contract you are working under. Tax rates change, and rules on what an invoice must show differ between countries and sometimes between trades.

Check anything that matters. A calculator here is a faster way to do arithmetic you could do yourself; it is not tax advice and must not be relied on as any.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site, including a document that turns out to be wrong or a payment that does not arrive. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Acceptable use

Do not use these tools to produce documents intended to deceive: fake receipts for expenses that were never incurred, invoices from businesses that do not exist, or paperwork to support a fraudulent claim.
