One address, read by a person: help@deplyra.com.
What to include
If a tool went wrong, tell us which one, what you were trying to make, and what happened instead. The browser and device help, because most faults in a tool that runs on your machine are specific to a browser version.
Please do not send us the document itself. We cannot open it, we do not want it, and the free generators are built so that we never see it. Describe the problem instead.
What you can ask about
A tool that will not work, or produces a document that looks wrong. This is the most useful thing you can report, and the hardest for us to find without you: the generators run entirely in your browser, so a fault that happens on your machine leaves no trace on ours.
A mistake in something we have written. The guides make factual claims about invoicing and tax treatment, and where a rule varies by country we say so. If we have got one wrong, or it has changed, we would rather know.
A question about the workspace, billing or a subscription, which is the signed-in half of the site and the only part that holds an account.
Anything to do with your data or privacy, including a request to delete an account. The free tools store nothing, so there is usually nothing to delete, but an account is different.
What happens next
The address goes to a person rather than a ticketing system. We do not publish a response time, because promising one we might miss is worse than not promising it.
Why there is no form
A contact form would need somewhere to post to, and this site deliberately has no endpoint that accepts a submission. The server refuses any request carrying a body. Adding a form would mean weakening the one guarantee every tool page makes.
