fastbillgen makes the paperwork a small business cannot avoid: invoices, receipts, quotes, estimates, purchase orders, and the handful of sums that go on them.

Why it works the way it does

The 24 free generators, calculators and templates work in your browser. When you type a client name into a free generator, the PDF is assembled on your device, and those document fields are not uploaded to our server. Some form details may stay in this browser so the next document is quicker to make. See the exact workflow and limits.

This choice has a cost. The free tools do not keep an invoice history or synchronize documents between your laptop and phone. A saved business name in one browser is not the same as a stored invoice.

If you want the remembering, that is what the workspace is. You sign in, your records are stored on our server, and the product can chase a late payer. It is a different bargain, made deliberately, on its own pages.

What it costs

Every free generator and calculator has a PDF download without a watermark or account requirement. Advertising supports the public site. The optional workspace has a free tier and paid plans; what each includes is listed plainly.

Who it is for

Freelancers, sole traders, contractors and small firms, mostly in the UK, the United States, Australia and Canada. The tax tools carry the standard rates for those places because that is where the people using this site actually work.

What it is not

The free generators do not keep completed documents. The workspace tracks records you choose to save, but neither product files with a tax authority or replaces a general ledger. Check the legal requirements and tax rates that apply to your own transaction.
